Terms

We are here to supply goods to you the customer. We are a distributor only and do not manufacture any goods advertised on the site. We offer the warranties as set out by the manufacturer.

We list these warranties on the product's Technical Data area. This states the number of years the product will work for and be covered by the manufacturer for failue. This does not include misuse or tampering, redesign or any modifications of the goods sold. Any products returned under warranty consideration found to be misused or opened up in any way will deem the warranty void. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will receive the goods back and test them ourselves. If there is a no fault found then the goods will be shipped back to you. If we accept the fault we will return the item(s) back to the manufacturer for their replacement or repair. We offer no gaurantee of time span between receipt of goods to be replaced or repaired.

We are supplied the specifications for the goods by the supplier, but things do go wrong - we do not guarantee that all items are 100% correct but try to keep the data correct. Please let us know if you spot any mistakes.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of placing an order providing the drives are in stock (shipped within 1 day of your order). Orders that are no longer required will incur a 20% re-stock fee. Orders placed with us for drives that are not in stock (if we give you more than 1 day delivery time) - mean that we have to place orders with our suppliers for drives to complete your order. Suppliers such as Memoright, Adtron and Supertalent build the drives for you which can cause a delay in the drives reaching you as the drives are then custom/tailor made.

For custom/tailor made non stock items that are not UK based suppliers, our suppliers will charge us for the order once we place the order. In these circumstances you must pay for the goods on delivery to our invoice terms, but we can offer to refund you the sum once we have resold the products on your behalf, this may take some time. Please be sure of your order, before making an order with us.

Compatibility

SSD drives are relatively new and to our knowledge should work as a standard HDD should operate. We cannot guarantee that they will do anything other than run a standard Microsoft, Linux/Unix or Apple operating system. Any encryption technologies or other formatting methods used are down to user choice, but if a drive fails to use any formatting deemed non-standard by the manufacturer and it works with a standard DOS, NTFS, ext3 formatting then the drive will be returned with "No Fault Found".
