Future Storage is dedicated to providing a fair service and we endeavour to leave
every customer with a satisfied experience.
Unfortunately, some things do go wrong. If you need to return any item(s) to us you must fill
in the form below, within
30 days of receipt of the goods, and must be returned within 10 business days
from the date of receipt of the below form
On completion of the below form, we will receive an email and will respond within 1 working day to confirm and issue
a R2B (return to base) number. This number should be used in future communications regarding the returned goods.
All Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials,
manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided
by the manufacturer.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning.
We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a “ proof of delivery”.
Future Storage will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to Future Storage is paid for by the customer. Please ensure
that the box has your R2B # clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Any R2B returned found not to be defective may incur a return freight charge,
this will be charged via the method you used to pay on your last order.
